What do I do if I have a problem with the myHOA® app?

You can send a message to the Support Staff of myHOA®. To do so, go to the SETTINGS category in the Side View Menu and TAP on APP SUPPORT. The APP SUPPORT screen will come up. 



The APP SUPPORT Screen shows you 2 boxes; a Subject box and a Type your message box. Type the Subject of your problem and then describe the problem in more detail in the Type your message box. Then TAP Send in the upper right side of the blue box.


When you TAP on Send, a popup will appear that says ‘Thank you. Your message has been sent. You will receive a response as soon as possible.’ TAP ‘OK’ and you will be sent to the SETTINGS Screen.
