These are similar to Value Coupons you receive in the mail, but will be mainly involving stores around your immediate vicinity, and allow homeowners to receive special resident VIP discounts and/or incentives specifically tailored to you and your fellow community members.
Local Deals are similar to the types of promotional deals you might see in ValPak or SavvyShopper, but are only available to you because you are a Homeowner within your specific Community. To receive the special discount, simply show your Local Deal screen view to the merchant or business, and they will honor the promotion.
